I realized that I was over the recommended mileage for getting my car serviced the day before Christmas Eve and I needed to drive to my moms house - a six hour drive one-way! My drunk was already packed and I was on my way when I looked down and saw the mileage! Uuh! I called you guys in a panic! and even though you were extremely busy....since I needed to come in right away...you guys serviced my car and got it road-trip ready! And I left for my trip right after! It was a 2014 Beetle it was due for a 40,000 mile service. I had no appointment. Called in a panic needing my car serviced ASAP. You guys were able to change the oil and filter, adjust tire pressure, and refill fluids. The service was excellent! The customer service by all staff was helpful and was excellent!

As part of the service they washed my car, which would be great! But they only did a mediocre job of washing it.

Vehicle came in for warranty service and the problem I identified on the paperwork still exists. After two days of having the car, I received the same dash light within 5 minutes of driving the car after pick up.

Larry Fitzpatrick was very instrumental in helping us quickly overcome the dread of the vw paperwork for the buyback procedure. We went to Ellis just to get some information regarding the procedure and ended up in buying a new jetta. We are very pleased with the product and the service.
