This visit was for my 30 day service on my GTI. Everyone from the service staff was polite, courteous and professional. My vehicle was promptly taken on time and the service was completed promptly -- overall an excellent first experience with the service department.

We bought a VW Golf TSI S, It is a very satisfactory experience from reception, negotiation to concluding the deal. The staffs show a lot of patient in explaining the details on the car, I give an A for Jim Ellis service.

I had a unforgettable experience. The service provided your dealership was superb. The staff and service managers were very friendly, helpful, and intent on handling any request that I had. Two staff members in particular enhanced the experience further, their names were John Huber and Dennis. John set right away tackling the needs of my 2010 passat with speedy and stress-free service and Dennis took me to grab breakfast while my car was being repaired. John took extra care to ensure all the problems with my car were taken care of by getting an issue fixed that I was unsure of. This very truly a phenomenal experience and I would personally recommend both John and Dennis for their customer service relations.

The service was fine. I am not happy about all the phone calls and solicitations I am getting less than 24 hours afterwards. The most annoying was an offer by email and a phone call offer to purchase my car. And, please, don't call me again just to discuss this survey. In fact, take me off of your call list please.

Exceptional staff and service now. A 360 degree turn from the staff and service I received when I bought my first Jetta TDI in 1998 from Jim Ellis. If I had of filled out a survey then, it would have been zeros across the board. Very happy that my friend, Brian Mulcare (one time owner of VW City in Marietta and friend with several of Jim Ellis employees) talked me into giving Jim Ellis another chance after Al Johnson closed down.
