Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Chad was a wonderful help with a problem that another mechanic caused. Got me in and took care of the problem promptly. I will recommend him to my friends that drive VWs.

Took less time than originally quoted. Able to wait rather than dropping off car and having to return to pick up.

One would think that with the time it takes for an oil change that the vehicle would be carefully looked at. Instead, we will be travelling and listening to the oil change needed prompt until we finally get home. Two vw family.

Went for my 30k service. Presented a coupon for a free car wash and vacuum and was told I didn't need the coupon since those services are complimentary. I gave them the coupon anyways and told them I just needed the inside done since it was raining. Turns out my car was not vacuumed or cleaned on the inside when I picked it up. Also my service reminder in my car dashboard was not reset.

As usual the service staff was extremely helpful and communicative. Chad Gilbert, John Huber, and the technician, JP were great and took care of everything.

Your staff was very helpful and Professional. I felt I was in good hands and I have been a VW customer for over 25 years.

Larry Fitzpatrick was amazing! He was very helpful and made the buying experience easy and comfortable. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family!
