Purchased a 2017 Jetta SEL since I have a 2014 Jetta TDI (still awaiting buyback). Fred was a very pleasant, attentive sales person. He valued our time. The loan officer was very informative and friendly. Established great rapport with him (usually at Audi dealership in Buckhead) and had a great experience with him. Unsatisfied with the length of wait at the dealership after selecting my car and before signing papers. Dissatisfied with the snack selection.

This is the second time we have brought the EOS in because of the tire pressure light coming on for the right front tire. The service staff is very courteous and has delivered the car when promised. However is was told it was fully checked out and everything was ok, but less than 24 hours later the tire pressure light was on and the right front tire pressure was low yet again.

I bought our Acura from the Jim Ellis dealership approximately a year ago. We bought a 4 year warranty when we purchased the car. The starter and battery died the other day and after getting the car jumped...I took the car into the shop. Raphael knew exactly what the problem was and arranged for me to be driven home within moments. The next morning he called and explained what the repairs would cost etc. Fortunately the warranty covered some of the repair so it wasn't as expensive as could have been. By evening the car was ready and a driver picked me up and I picked up my car. It runs perfectly now. Jim Lewis did a great job. Just a suggestion...the two things I'd say would have added to such a great experience is if they had more loaner cars for customers to take during a repair (apparently they only had one and it had been reserved for another customer) along with cleaning the car before returning it back to the customer. It might have been too late for it to be cleaned but it would have been nice.

We were told to come to the dealership at 10am on 12/15/16 to have keys made that were owed to us by the dealership. After arriving, we were told that the locksmith would not arrive until 11am or later. No one attempted yo contact us to advise if this schedule change and no apology or concession was offered. I will not do business with any Jim Ellis dealership in the future due to this unacceptable lack of customer service, but I will share this experience.
