It was a great experience from walking on the lot to taking the car off of the property. However there were two issues with staff that affected things to the negative side. One was the finance gentlemen that we dealt with was not personable (that's no big deal really, but it did stick out). The second was the final manager that we dealt with once we started working with the finance manager to negotiate the price. This gentlemen was rude to the point that we almost made a snap decision to walk out. Not having purchased a car from a dealership before, I don't know if that type of personality is the tactic that is generally used at this point in the sales process but it was very off-putting. Car: 2011 Kia Sorento Salesman 1: Curtis - Excellent service. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle. Salesman 2: Jose - Also great service, very patient with us in reviewing the car features and the test drive Manager 1: Todd B. - A great asset for your customers and sales team. I would buy from him any day. Finance: Kevin (?) - Average, not great. Manager 2: Can't remember his name, did not offer his card or anything, taller gentleman with glasses. If he used the same attitude with us earlier on in the sales process we would have left without purchasing. I always received excellent service at Jim Ellis! This time in particular as they replaced a strip of metal that had gotten damaged on my 2012 Beetle for free!

I made an appt for my Jetta's TDI 100000 mile maintenance. They took my car back quickly. While waiting my husband and I had an opportunity to talk to Johnny (Volkswagen rep on site). He answered so many questions we had. Right now we are dealing with Alex Tsankov to see what Jim Ellis can do to help us transfer to another car. Hoping it's a smooth as possible as when I deal with everything else I do there. I love Jim Ellis and I always recommend you to everyone that asks. Thanks so far, Rachel
