I saw some positive things

Always courteous, always on time, always a reasonable price.

The Service Team is always very responsive and friendly. My only concern is that I didn't anticipate that I'd need to see the Service Dept. this many times in the short period we owned the car (2013 VW Tuigan).

The staff were efficient and courteous and the work was completed within the timeframe they had stated.

Came in for a basic oil change, nothing fancy. I asked the service consultant to please not wash my car because my windshield was cracked on my last visit to your service center, but asked him to please vaccum the car. When my car was completed, I aas shuffled to the payment desk, told that my tires and brakes looked good and to have a nice day. When I got to my car, all of the machanics trash was littered throughout my car and the carpet had not been vaccumed. Upon later inspection I found all of the quarters missing from the cupholders where I keep spare change.
