Oleg Robu and Steve Rotenstein where both very knowledgable and informative. They made the purchasing the car a very pleasant experience - from initial negotiations to drive-out, including thoroughly explaining all the features of the vehicle.

I had a great experience yesterday with all of the staff. Everybody was extremely helpful! I was having my oil changed.

The sales rep Seth was great and had no problems with him and tried to take care of anything he could and appreciated all his efforts. However his boss Frank ... no people skills, was rude and inconsiderate and would not go back or have to deal with him. Did not care what I had to say or had concerns qbout at the time with the car and did not show any reapect to me being the customer.

I really like your shuttle feature. I work very long hours, and it's wonderful to be able to rest at home while the car is in the shop. Thank you very much for that.
