The service department was able to diagnose my gear shift issue and replace the part all within the same day. I was not expecting that and am very happy with the service. Rafael Sandoval is always my go-to service advisor and I've never had any issues after bringing the Golf in to him and the service team. Highly recommend this service department!

Went in because i was having trouble with my alignments going out every week, getting them done at Tires Plus, Told them that when i brought the car in.. waited 3 hours and was told it was fixed and they found no problems, paid and left. There was absolutely no difference in the car pulling left and right. Called and they kept paying me off you different people saying basically it was all in my head. Finally had a manager call me and said he would figure out the real problem and i would get a refund... still waiting... No refund or call... P.s. i originally went there to purchase a used CC and the salesman said they didn't have any and told me to go online...? Worst dealership I've ever seen overall.

I was welcomed as soon as I got there. My advisor was ready for me and they took my car right back and checked everything I asked. Over all, it was a very pleasant experience.
