So far every experience has been great. We bought the car at the price we had agreed, with no last minute surprises and the salesman stayed beyond normal working hours to go over operating instructions and driver controls. The service appointments have been outstanding, with the car delivered back at the estimated time and no holdups getting a service appointment. Everyone has been very polite and easy to deal with.

2011 VW CC My Customer #537653 (PER YOUR INVOICES) JustinOliverio@Gmail.com / 678-856-6780 I had an engine oil leak (timing cover) about 1 year ago. This repair was covered under my 60k mile factory warranty. This repair was performed at your dealership's service department. At the time this repair was done, I also was up-sold by your service department (and paid out of pocket to have) manifold cleaned. I was never advised that any other out of pocket charges were necessary or recommended to adequately fix this problem. However, I was told that cleaning the manifold would save me labor in the future since the factor repair was already being done and covered some of the labor needed to clean manifold. In November 2016, I took the vehicle back to your service department to have it inspected. They informed me that the exact same timing cover was leaking and needed to be repaired (AGAIN). I explained to them that I had already had this same repair done about a year ago while the car was under warranty and that I believed the repair was never done properly. The service advisor told me that the seal was not repaired or replaced when the timing cover was repaired in 2015, but that the service department ALWAYS advises customers that are paying out-of-pocket to replace the seal when the timing cover was repaired. I was never offered this option when the original work was done in 2015. I want (and expected that your company would) stand by its original work and work with the VW warranty department to ensure that this current leak would be remedied given that it originally occurred while the car was under warranty and as a result that your service department admitted to not completing the repair correctly on the first attempt. However, your employee gave me the run around and said that I would have to pay out of pocket for this same repair again. Obviously, I cannot recommend your company or services to ANYONE given that you do not honor your work. And obviously, I will not be paying you out of pocket for a repair in 2016 that you already did not do correctly in 2015 on the first attempt. I am going to contact VW customer care to file a complaint with your dealership, and I reserve the right to use social media to explain to other prospective customers that your dealership is not to be trusted if you will not remedy this situation.

Forgot to reset service needed in computer. As it is the first thing you see when cranking the car I worry that they may have miss/skipped other things on the service check list.

The issue regarding the noise in my driver's side door window was not addressed even after mentioning it to the technician that I handed my keys to...

Needed routine service on my pre-owned Jetta. The service I received during check in and check out was EXCELLENT! The service representative and service manager both made sure I had a good experience. I will be sure to take my cars back!
