You guys are awesome. I want you to know that in comparison to other local VW dealerships, you are hands down the best. I'd like to thank Chad for helping me drop off my key right as he was ready to walk out. He didn't have to do that, he could have said 'well we are closed now, come back tomorrow.'. But he went out of his way to help me drop off my key for Raphael. Thanks Chad! Raphael was amazing!!!! He had a shuttle take me to the mall and picked me up when he said he would. He explained everything to me and let me know how long it would take to fix my car. He is the best technician I've ever dealt with. He is truly an asset to Jim Ellis. I will be asking him every time I bring my car in for service!!!!!
