My experience was alright. I brought 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD come to find out one of the back wheels are bent. I didn't like I had to talk to several service people at one time.

Service associate Raphael swiftly processed my service request and explained the items that would be included in the standard battery of maintenance items for the age of my car. The car was ready on time and a thorough explanation was given for the additional item that was uncovered and needed fixing.

Working with John Huber is always a good experience. My appointment was not with him, but John is always professional and effective in communication.

We bought our 2012 Passat from Jim Ellis about a year ago and were very pleased with the automobile! Recently our car needed service and it had to be kept in the shop for a few days and they were very accommodating by providing us with a loaner. I would recommend Jim Ellis to anyone who is looking for a new car!
