Personnel was very nice and curtious. I was a bit surprised by the paint protection upgrade price. It was not included on the car sales sticker, but on a smaller sticker on the other side of the car. I also think the paperwork process could have been more stream lined. It seemed to take just over two hours to get in the finance office after a price was agreed on. If I were in the fence about buying the car, the wait would have made it easier to walk from the deal.

Despite previous issues on the sales side- the service and parts departments have continued to deliver top service and excellent professionalism. Service writer, John Huber took the time research and resolve my issue. I don't think a wear item has ever been covered by warranty- but because it wasn't right the first time; he made it right- and was courteous and understanding throughout the entire process.
