Seth was great at addressing my needs and helping me with my vehicle. The process was pretty painless and was pleased with the service. It did seem that there was some miscommunication between Seth and the finale dept, as Seth had to chase the gentleman down multiple times before i could sign for the truck. I do feel that I was slighted on an upholstery/fabric guard warranty. Ultimately it falls on my shoulders to read everything that I sign, however, it wasn't clearly discussed that I was opting-in on an $800 warranty. The car buying experience is a long one and people get fed up with how long the process takes and just want to get out of the dealership, and a slick hand can get lucky every now and then. Not to excited about that at all. I haven't made up my mind if I am going to pursue having this lifted from my sale as I don't think that I want it.

I was immediately greeted and taken inside to get "checked-in". Even though it took awhile for my car to be serviced (no one's fault, it just needed more work than usual), I thought the waiting area was very clean and well stocked. I own a 2103 EOS.

Rafael Sandoval has been outstanding to work with and helped correct a few small issues with my 2015 Golf TSI recently purchased from your dealership! His communication from scheduling and thru the process is great and I always leave feeling well taken care of. He always has the car cleaned , pulled up front and ready. The rest of the staff from the check in to parts has also been great.

The dealership, both when we bought the car and now when we go back for service, is top notch. The facility is insanely clean and well kept, the people are beyond cordial, and the overall experience is top notch. We have a 2014 Jetta that we have had for 3 years now and have been very pleased with everything since.
