Rafael Sandoval was the representative for Volkswagon that helped me with my process to service my car. I left the dealership feeling more confident of the stability and maintenance of my car. Not only did Mr. Sandoval break the terms and outcome of the service to me, but he explained it on my level. I am not familiar with terms with my car and I was hesitate to take my care instead of allowing my Dad to do it. But, I am much more confident after Mr. Sandoval explained and just informed me of my vehicle. I will be personally taking my car in the future to always be serviced. He did not make me feel like I was any less of a person because I was female. Now I have dealt with service or cars salesman before that talked to me with not enough of consideration to me, because I was female. I always hear about Jim Ellis being a family owned business and I really felt that in my heart. I also want to thank the shuttle program for the gentleman that took me to work, and I can't quite remember his name.(tall with a high afro cut) But I believe the woman that picked me up, her name was Courtney(I hope that's correct) and she has a high level of customer service. I was long winded that day and she not only talked to me about Volkswagen, but she listened to me speak about my family. Thank you

My service experience at Jim Ellis has met and exceeded my expectations. The waiting areas, where one can watch individual television screens was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. The shuttle service offered to close shopping instead of waiting in house for my car to undergo service was also a wonderful feature this dealership has.

Nice service visit. One comment worth looking into. When I called Friday about getting an alignment after getting new tires elsewhere the service advisor said I could schedule a visit for Saturday. When I called back about an hour later the scheduler said alignments were not possible on Saturdays - only express service. I called back and spoke to the service advisor and was able to schedule the alignment for Saturday. You might want to make sure the scheduler is not inadvertently turning away business. They asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuumed after my 10,000 service. I said no because I thought it cost more. After I hesitated to answer, the man then said it was part of the cost. I of course would want that done i it were part of the 105.00 I was paying. My suggestion next time would have been to word the question like this instead of asking "do you want us to wash and vacuum your car", say "Part of your service includes a complimentary wash and vacuuum of your vehicle. Would you like us to do that for you today?"

I originally went to Jim Ellis to replace center caps with the VW emblem for my Passat ... however, I walked out with a newer Passat with no hassle no pressure. The staff at Jim Ellis were very helpful and personable, and I'm very happy with my purchase.
