Great service

Friendly, easy service. Classic sales moves employed (making us wait for all the financing stuff so we'd be more likely to say yes to things, package presentation of add-ons, etc), but that's to be expected and wasn't too invasive. It was unexpected that we were even shopping for a car at your dealership, but we walked away with a new car and satisfied.

Quciker than expected. Good coffee, wifi, etc

It looks like nobody ever touched the transmission filter which was supposed to be replaced. The battery was supposed to be taken out to replace the filter but the settings on my stereo were the same, even the dust on the cover was untouched. When I asked questions about the process and additional charges I was dismissed with the arogant answer "everybody pays that".

Chad was very helpful! Everyone is so nice at the Kennesaw location. I really appreciated having a loner car.
