We had an excellent experience with your dealership however we paid cash for this car and had to wait too long to finish the purchase. Something about cross training. Did not like the high pressure to purchase an extended warranty. This transaction should have take. Only a few minutes after the deal was agreed upon. We waited another hour just to write the check. Very frustrating.

2014 CC replace ignition casing. 1)My car was not ready when I came to pick it up, so I had to wait an extra day because they didn't have a part. I did receive a loaner, which I appreciated. 2)I requested an oil change but it wasn't done, because it never was notated on the paperwork. I will have to bring it back for the oil change.

The salesman was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He helped us understand the various models of Passats until we made a decision. The only negative experience was the financial officer's pressure to buy a pre-paid service package after I had already declined it.
