Everything was good except the wash and vacuum. Outside was marginally clean and inside was either poorly vacuumed or not done at all.

We walked into Jim Ellis on Saturday to check out a new Jetta, as I'd been seriously considering trading in my car and leasing something new. Ideally, I wanted to get a Subaru - it's what I've had for the past few years and i really like the brand and what i had now. However, after finding a lease deal online and checking it out across the st- we we were let down. Luckily the salesman was honest - but let me know what I wanted was basically impossible, and that the online deals aren't necessarily available nationwide. Basically a bait, hook and switch. At Jim Ellis, there was none of this. Alex greeted us on the lot and got a feel for what we were looking to do. We hopped in a car and I test drove a 2017 5spd Jetta - and loved it. We worked out pricing, and it was a little more than what I was willing to spend, so instead of trying to force me into anything - Alex showed me the base model, and let me test drive that one. Even at a base model - it is still everything i could want, and FAST. The lease deal was less than my existing car pmt, and even after working with Finance (Kevin) I was still able to get into the car at not much more than my existing car payment - on a 10 yr old car! Alex was very accommodating, relaxed and easy going. He made the experience so easy and smooth. Had there been any pressure, I most likely would've left to "think about it" more - and probably not gone through with it. He really knows the vehicles, and listens to what I wanted as a customer. Based on his displayed achievements, I'm considering myself lucky that Alex was the one who took me through this journey - bec he really knows his stuff! Kevin was also excellent, we kept him there late and he still made sure we were taken care of! As a first time leaser (is that even a real word?) he walked me through the levels of coverage, and filled me in on the possible charges that could be incurred at the end of my 3 year lease. He worked with me to get the coverage I wanted at my budget. I would certainly recommend Jim Ellis - and Alex in particular - to my friends and family for their new vehicle needs. We came at a very busy time, and the manager made sure to check in with us through the process to apologize for the wait and to make sure we were alright. These small details go a long way, and prove that the Jim Ellis family hires hardworking employees who care about their customers. I'm looking forward to the next 3 years with my great new car!

it was a short notice purchase for us.... we called the dealership and made an appointment to see the car. We showed up and they met us at the door with a smile and were very helpful and informative. the purchase itself was very smooth with no issues. delivery was great as well. would recommend and look here first for my next purchase.

We brought our 2016 Passat in yesterday for its 10,000 mile service. We were very pleased with the work that was done and the shiny, clean car that was returned to us! We particularly enjoyed spending some time talking about cars with Chad! You have a wonderful organization and we are happy to be part of the Jim Ellis Volkswagen family!
