Everyone I've ever talked with has been friendly and helpful and when there have been rare problems with my car (very early after my purchase but none since then) they've done everything they could to get the problems handled rapidly. When they have had to wait for parts or the service would take a while they've always made sure I have a loaner vehicle. I feel like I got a good price when I bought my car and am as thrilled with it and my choice of dealership as I was when I first got it.

They didn't have me in the system. I asked if they would check my brake life and rotate my tires. They did neither. It took an hour longer than they told me. I don't think I will ever go back to that dealership.
