I brought my vehicle in recently to check on a problem with my power steering fluid leaking. It was determined that I needed to have a new steering column put in. John Huber was extremely helpful. He was able to have diagnose problem, help me place a claim with my extended warranty provider and was able to get me into a loaner until the work was completed. The car was returned to me a day later in excellent condition. Thanks to everyone for always providing excellent customer service at your dealership.

Professional! Everyone was friendly and courteous. I was in and out within an hours time. I especially like the fact that you washed my car. I also like the paper trail of work done on my VW Beetle. I drive 160 miles round trip to your dealership - the service you provide is worth the drive. I'll be back!

I went to the dealership after calling to advise that the tire pressure warning light came on and stayed on despite refilling air the tires. Service advisor Chad was very helpful in getting someone to check for me. 15 minutes after I drove off on the highway, the warning light came back on and I had to return to the dealership. Then I had to wait for more than an hour. It appeared that a "valet" had checked the car and not set the pressure properly. This was a very long waste of time for what seemed a simple fix.
