2017 jetta se, staff was friendly. Also my wife's car was moostly clean, and they asked if they should wash it or if she wanted them not to since it was clean. I commend them for that.

I love Jim Ellis VW. I am however a little disappointed in the detail that I just had on my car. The inside windows were not clean. Part of the under outside was not washed. Over all I still love my VW and Jim Ellis VW
