Service is always good

The salesman, Clark, was AWESOME. Very knowledgeable on the car we were buying, and took us through the steps seamlessly. I cannot recommend him enough. I wish all my car buying experiences were that enjoyable. We purchased a 2017 GTI Sport, he introduced us to the Sales Manager, and Service Manager as well, and set up our first service appointment. A few glitches with some options at delivery, but Clark was on top of it, and took care of everything. He is a shining example of "The Customer Comes First".

I just completed a routine service. The tires were rotated, but I had a tire pressure warning the next morning. On a Touareg, the fronts are supposed to be at 33 and the rear at 39. The dealership swapped the wheels without inflating the tires appropriately. This seems something the dealership should have done rather than having their customer (me) play around with an air pump for 20 minutes.
