While I have come to Jim Ellis to get my GTI Mark V (2008) serviced repeatedly, this last visit turned out to be a disappointment. While they discovered nails in one of my front tires, they must have obviously neglected to check the condition of my other tires, as the Discount Tire location (right down the road) I took to get the tire patched found two more nails in one of my rear tires.

The customer service was amazing! The office is kid friendly. My children were on there best behavior because snacks, big flat screen tv with Disney channel and toys were available for them! The car was sitting outside for us to test drive when we got there. Our sales rep and his finance manager treated us with so much respect and helped us out to their full potential. We were out of KIA within 1.5 hours! I was amazed at how well Jim Ellis employees were at there job. Most importantly they didn't HASSEL us into anything ��
