This visit was much nicer than my last one. Everyone was helpful and friendly, service was done within a timely manner, and the cost was close enough to what was estimated. I appreciated getting a phone call as soon as the car was ready and when I returned to pick it up, I was greeted by name, which is always a welcoming gesture. Thank you!

I was pleased with my experience at Jim Ellis Kennesaw. It is always a very big deal to make such a large purchase as buying a car and everyone I dealt with could not have been nicer or more helpful. I purchased a 2016 Golf Sportwagen and I love it!

Everything was done very well

The service took al it's 3 hours, (double the amount of time quoted) and the vacuuming I received was sub par. Adequate service, certainly not great.
