Our service rep. Aaron was very knowledgeable. After explaining the problem or the sound the car was making, he offered a courtesy vehicle for us to use while the car was being service. I no sooner got home and we got the call from Aaron, they diagnosed the problem, found another small issue and we told him to go ahead with the repair. Just about 5 hours later, we got another message, the car was ready. When I picked it up, it was washed and vacuumed. That was an unexpected surprise. So far, we have had no further issues.

I purchased a 2017 Jetta. Brian Weeks and Seth Rogers were very caring about every detail pertaining to the car I was looking at. Matt Rock and Ernest were very helpful in the financial area. They were all knowledgeable and were able to answer any question I had. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, making my car buying experience for my 2014 Mazda3 a great except for when it came time to sign the paperwork. The finance man was not friendly and as soon as I told him I wasn't interested in financing through the dealership and that I was financing with my credit union, his demeanor was unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. Thank goodness for the salesmen, Larry Fitzpatrick and Todd Bradford, who made up for the horrible finance experience.
