When I called the first time, my phone call was not returned. Aaron was very helpful though when I called back the second time. The service staff was great when taking care of me at check-in, registering, getting me a car to drive, etc. My husband and I love your dealership. We would recommend it to our friends.

Was fine. Wish it would have not taken so long for me to buy the vehicle. I was in the dealership for over two hours, paying with cash. Granted, 20 minutes of that included a test drive but I would have hoped to be done more quickly. Th sales people were fine, with the Pre Owned Manager being true to his word on what we had discussed. I was, however, not pleased with the somewhat condescending attitude of the Business Manager.

Great experience and very little pressure. They were willing to work with us and treat us with respect in the entire process.

Well, in at 7:30 am out at 9 am minor repair... just walking around that dealership make me feel great....glad I brought my Passat from their. Warm smiles everywhere from the top to the bottom!!!

Staff was truly great to deal with, the '2016 Golf R was as explained on the phone. The finance and warranty person we dealt with ; think his name was Matt, was totally awesome.
