Not happy about the nail in my Tire but always a pleasant experience at this dealership!

I purchased a new 2017 VW Passat R-Line last week. Working with Jim Ellis VW - Kennesaw was great, one of the best auto acquisition experiences I have ever had, and I have purchased/leased many, many new cars over the last 50 years. Larry, 'The Tall Hawaiian', Fitzpatrick helped me decide on the right car for me. He really took care of me every step of the way and I am not easy to take care of when I'm buying a car. This is the third new vehicle I have purchased at a Jim Ellis dealership over the last six years and all three experiences were great. Three different dealerships, three great experiences........it is clear that the Ellis organization knows how to treat customers, I recommend them highly.

Passat purchased 10/15/2016 at Jim Ellis Volkswagon. Ms Tracey Woodyard was our sales representative. She was extremely professional and your company should be proud to have her on your team. We have taken a six hundred mile trip since the purchase and found the auto comfortable and economical. Particularly appreciated were the safety features such as: back-up monitor, signal light on outside mirrors, and the slow down feature when using the cruise control. My wife and adult daughter rode in the back during our trip and found it spacious and comfortable. They enjoyed the sound from sd card inserted on the dash. We have yet to learn more about using our I-phone as a GSP. We are pleased to own our Passat.
