very professional and prompt--Aaron and John made the service of the vehicle very pleasant--Larry ( the Hawaiian) was kind to lend me supplies to finish a project while I waited and the service waiting area was clean, quiet( YEAH!!) and nicely stocked with snacks and beverages for customers

Wonderful, friendly staff! They made the process of buying a car and trading one in, a very pleasant experience.

I specifically went in for directions on how to install updated navigation. That part was great! However I also was specific letting them know my oil level was lower than it should be and asked them to please top it off. They topped off all other guilds Except did not add oil as I requested - not a drop! I went out last weekend and bought my own oil and topped it off. Disappointed in service regarding oil as it was 3/4 quart low. I trusted the service would be taken care of only to find out when my boyfriend checked it again nothing was done. Staff was nice as always but now have a lack of trust of services being performed.
