They Charge me for a All State Paint insurance and I told the representative that I did not want this insurance but je said it was mandatory please advice

After the part in question had been promised for about 6 weeks, and we called about it again, it was finally ordered and installed. Luckily, wasn't critical for functioning of car, just getting the garage door open. Service was fine once the part was acquired. 2014 Passat, should have been under warranty...

Sales (Oleg) and Sales Manager were excellent!!! Great experience and knowledge of the product and Kevin Prevost made a recommendation for me of the 2017 R-Line Passat, which is fantastic!! The only area of concern was with the time and attitude of the finance team. The process took way too long and Tina's attitude was quite pushy and bordered on being rude. I know financing is where you make a bunch of money, but her approach was out of sync with the rest of the overall experience.
