Everything was fine.

This is the third time we have come in to have service on our car only to be told the cost of that service is completely different than first quoted. They did make the change and honored the quote but only because my husband pushed the issue.

Tate was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made sure my car was properly serviced and repaired after a bad experience with another dealer.

Called inquiring about a vehicle. Nicole invited me in to take a look. Long story -Short she waited on me, I test drove a 2014 Jetta and decided to purchase. Nicole was truly outstanding along with the manager that closed that night. Such an awesome experience. Honestly I can't say enough. Thanks Jim Ellis for employing people that work with such a high level of integrity.
