The last time I was in I was told there was an oil leak that was starting. I didn't get it fixed then. When I brought my car in this time I ask that they evaluate the leak. This time I was told there was NO leak. Good thing I didn't have it done last time for $350.

When I received my car back after service , the check engine light was on when it wasn't prior to bringing it in. It was taken back immediately after I informed them. It was brought back and all appeared to be fine until I got home and had to open my door. There was a cracking sound in the hinges of the door that was not there when I brought it on prior. I called immediately which was about 15-20 minutes later. I had to make an appointment to come in again the following Monday, I had my initial appointment Saturday. Though all was fixed in the end, it was inconvenient to come back again for errors other than my own. I don't understand what could have possibly be done with the door that would cause the hinges or bolts to be loose. My checks said all is well with my vehicle as well, but I also hear a squeaking sound from my brakes. The staff was great and very helpful through all of this.

There was a fairly serious issue with a pre-owned vehicle that we purchased. A BMW which was still under factory warranty had inappropriate brake work done which caused issues with the brakes and voided the warranty on the braking system. The dealership eventually covered most of the cost of the repair, but we had to get quite aggressive to get to that point. Given the full brake system was still under the BMW warranty there was no need to create this issue at all. We really should not have had to pay any of the cost.

Repair was done quickly.
