It was an excellent experience. I am very happy, and very satisfied. The gentleman, who was also the salesman was outstanding, nice personality. Overall, everyone has been great during my visit. I am very pleased with the car.

I bought a 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 w/ 4wd from this dealership. The vehicle had 214,000 miles on it, so I knew going in there could be issues. I was a little hesitant to purchase the vehicle because I knew there was a good chance it would need some work within the next year or two. The pre-owned sales manager, Frank Dickenson, assured me the vehicle had been through a "150 point" inspection and was in good working order. This made me feel a little better. The vehicle was in great condition, so I purchased it. I drove it home and the next morning I noticed a small oil puddle under the truck. Through a little research and visiting a mechanic it was determined the rear main seal needs to be replaced which cost about $1,000. I knew going in the truck could need some work. My issue is if they did a "150 point" inspection they saw the oil leak. Just tell me there is an oil leak and I would have more than likely purchased the vehicle anyway. The sales representative, Tracey Woodyard was very polite and helpful. She worked really well with us and worked hard to get us the deal we were looking for.

I left my GTI for four days while traveling, hoping the problems with my CD player and phone would be fixed by the time I returned from my trip. They were not fixed. I am now forced to take off time from work to have the problems fixed, having to arrange logistics for a ride or rental, etc. Very disappointing and very frustrating...

I responded to an email from Kayla Watson giving her the details of my experience and why I was unhappy. She answered saying that she forwarded my email to her manager and that I should hear from him within 48 hours. That was a couple of weeks ago and I have heard nothing.
