Everything service wise was great however there have been far too many followups regarding my experience and asking for feedback. A single email is enough. If I am contacted this many times after my next visit i will begin to leave negative feedback and possible look elsewhere for maintenance. -Lee Abernathy

I made arrangements to have my GTI serviced and problems with my CD player/phone system corrected while I was traveling out of town. I dropped the vehicle off on a Saturday and picked it up on a Thursday (straight from the airport). The day after I picked up the vehicle the problems re-surfaced. Jim Ellis had ample time to thoroughly check and fix the problem. Now I have to make arrangements during my working hours to have the problem corrected. Very frustrating...
