Quick check-in, quick and efficient service, and a car wash! Your service techs are very friendly and are quick to take in customers. Other dealership service areas seem to think you are doing them a favor coming in to they shop. I have never gotten that feeling at Jim Ellis VW! Highly recommend!

Car wasn't fully serviced or insured the vehicle's issue was resolved.

2014 Passat se tdi. Taking the be buyback program for this car. Will buy a 2017 Passat R type in replacement from Jimellis vw Kennesaw, too much wrong - Ac compressor and brakes to fix. Service staff very helpful

Raul was amazing! He made my first car buying experience seamless! I viewed a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta SE online and when I arrived to the dealership it was exactly what I viewed online. Raul went over in detail all the perks that the car had (heated seats, Apple sync etc) which sold me even more on the car! Within 15 minutes of arriving I was ready to start signing off on paperwork for the car!

Jimmy is a very remarkable person. He has excellent customer skills. He is very friendly and caring. He makes sure that you as the customer understands everything that is wrong with your car and what it takes to repair it. When. the car is picked up, Jimmy, goes over the work that is completed on your car. I have worked with Jimmy for many years, My family and I like him very much!

I love this dealership. The people are very nice and helpful. Some times i do know when some one is new because of the responses when i ask a question but overall everyone there is great. The People who washes the cars need to be better, in any service i get there they are not washing the car at all.
