My car is back at the dealership this morning. I live in Atlanta so not easy to drive back and forth to Kennesaw to have my CC serviced. The issue was my "engine light' was on. JE VW notified me that car was ready to be picked up. I picked it up and within 5 minutes after leaving dealership, the engine light came back up. This morning I left Atlanta at 5:30 am to drop off car at JE. My wife followed me so we could drive back to Atlanta to work.

This was my first time to this dealiership, I have a phaeton and wanted an experienced team to work on the car. They did a great job, I have moved my business to Jim Ellis Kennesaw.

I will absolutely not encourage or advise a friend to purchase from Jim Ellis. From the day we purchased our 2009 Tiguan, until we finally gave up on VW, we were in and out of the service center for minor to major repairs. When the service department couldn't make our car stay fixed (the car broke down for the same reasons), we discussed our options with the general manager, Steve Rotenstein. Mr. Rotenstein didn't come close to "The Jim Ellis" promise...as he was condescending and placed blame on us. I hope his wife and children never experience sitting on the side of the road once (or as many times as my family has) to be told it wasn't the fault of the car. I loved my car and would have purchased a new VW if it weren't for the treatment of Mr. Rotenstein. Several of the service team, especially the mechanics, we're knowledgeable and helpful. It appeared at times that they wanted to tell us something that they weren't allowed to say. Would I recommend VW in general? Another dealership, sure. My family understands that things break. The security of a dealership supporting us when it happens is what will maintain my business. Sincerely, Beth Parsons 5862065866

I especially want to thank all of the great guys that helped me out this visit. I hit a milestone in my VW Beetle ownership and I knew it would take time and labor to get my car up to date in service, tires, and repairs. Rafael Sandoval was especially helpful – keeping me updated and prepared for possible delays. He was kind enough to give me a very accurate estimate and provided me with the final costs. I appreciated the loaner car – things are tight here at work and I cannot miss a day or even hours right now. The car was extremely helpful. Thank you for contacting me – I appreciate the opportunity to let you know what a great job everyone did for me and how confident I feel that I can rely on my car to keep me safe.

This dealership in particular was very luxurious. I received the most comfort ever by waiting in their movie room with complimentary wifi, snacks, and tv shows/movies. Also, due to further parts needing to be repaired on my car, they dropped me off at my home and picked me up on the exact time scheduled. Overall, great service!

Everyone I spoke with in both the service department and the parts department were very helpful & nice. This is by far the best customer service I have received at any dealership! Love the media lounge too!
