I assume, can't know, that you did the 30K service as expected. Part of that was to rotate the tires. Again, like EVERY TIME you have rotated the tires, we return with a Tire Pressure Alert on the dash. Apparently, when tire positions are changed, and tires are filled to required pressure, the sensor system must be reset to validate that a) there are tires at all 4 corners and b) they are at proper pressure. Since this system "notices" that new tires are in place and pressures MIGHT not be right, it ALERTS so you validate (manually) that a) this is the baseline pressure and b) it's been checked and OK and c) any deviation from these "good" pressures should be alerted. EVERY TIME, you neglect to reset this system and EVERY TIME, we have to come back in an have you validate the pressures are correct and d) the ALERT can be reset. Once tires are rotated and pressures checked, RESET THIS SYSTEM AS PART OF THE JOB. We have done this, discussed this with you, reported it, requested it, EVERY TIME YOU'VE TOUCHED THE TIRES. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, make this part of the maintenance procedure. We shouldn't have to come back for this EVERY MAINTENANCE CYCLE ! I now have to take off work to deal with this, as my wife refuses to deal with this irritation any more...

Service associates were great. Service great. They did do a complementary wash, but the roof of the car was still quite dirty. Otherwise it was great

Willie was my sales person and I was pleased with my interaction with him. When it came to sitting down with the finance officer, the experience was less enjoyable. I am a 50 year old military officer with 26 years of service. I don't like being treated like a child and forced to consume something I know I don't want. I was FORCED to listen to his sales pitch of optional items/services despite the fact that I told him up front I did not want them and I did not want to listen to them. I probably would have been ok with him maybe saying, "let me at least tell you about one or two items." But that was not the case. It was a very awkward setting as he went through his script while I made it clear I was ignoring him. I fully understand the desire to sale these items but the gentlemen should read the audience and know when the benefits of preserving a good relationship with the customer outweigh his desires to force me to be subject to rambling. At a point it felt insulting and as if he continued out of spite. Not one to hide behind an email. Further questions? Call me. Rob 706-358-9897

Came to pick up my van on Saturday. There was no one there to help me. When I did find someone, they couldn't find my vehicle or the keys. I had to look around the lot to find my own vehicle. Once I found it, they didn't pull it around for me. Horrible service. No one even explained what had been done to my van.

The only reason I did not score a 10 was due to the detail on the car. I assume it was just forgotten, but the inside of the windshield never got cleaned! Everything else was great, thanks!

Rafael was attentive and tried to immediately fit me into the schedule. My car was repaired in one day.
