I bought my Audi Q5 at this location. After the oil change the maintenance required light was still on. The service department said they didn't have the software to reset it so too bad. After some discussion they agreed to take it to another dealer to have it reset. Two hours later my car was returned. The oil change and initial service attention was good. It took one hour as they had told me. During my purchase of the car the sales department knew very little about the features. Why is this location selling and servicing Audi's

I am currently working with the Sales team to help me get out of the 2013 F-150 I purchased this month. I have have multiple issues (door rattles, step rails do not operate on passenger side, rust under the seats and steering column in the cab, and A/C quit working, all within 10 days). The service repaired the A/C, free of charge, but will need to open up a ticket to handle some of the other concerns. As far as the service, it was fantastic, I was very impressed with the professionalism of your company. I just need to get out of this truck and into something different.

Service experience was efficient, accurate, and the personnel friendly/professional. My wait for my 2009 Beetle service, oil change and tire rotation was within an hour. Had lunch at neighboring Panera and received a 10% Jim Ellis discount. Also enjoyed a bottle of water upon my return. Thank you for the hospitality and dependable service. I will be back.
