The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and polight. We enjoy jim ellis vw because the customer service is so great. Weve considered buying a car elsewhere but have decided not to because we a want to do business here instead. It's just a matter of finding the right vehicle at the right price. We are hoping that vw will start making vehicles with 3rd row seating again, but until then we'd consider buying a preowned off brand vehicle from jim ellis vw. We've been in contact with jim ellis vw associates about our interest, and we are pleased with the level of service and professinaliam provided to us.

I came in for service on my 2014 Jetta Friday evening at 6:15 p.m. My service was completed by 6:58 p.m. and I was on my way by 7 p.m. Aaron was my service adviser and offered me a free car wash on my next visit since my appointment was the last of the day. Excellent service as always and I keep coming back, even as there are several Volkswagen Dealership much closer to me!

You are all wonderful. First the fuel scarcity hit, and then the car started acting up. We were not having a good time in the slightest, but when we brought the car to your dealership, not only was the correct problem identified where Firestone had failed, it was fixed, tested, and the car runs perfectly. What really got me, though, was your shuttle service. We had planned on staying the entire day waiting for the car to get fix, but thanks to that service you offer, we were able to wait in the comfort of our home. Then when the dealership needed to keep it to make sure everything was working properly, they were able to provide a loaner car for us to use in the meantime. If service continues to be this amazing, you might make VW loyalists of us yet!

I am almost always %100 satisfied with my service and the people at Jim Ellis of Kennesaw VW. However this time that is not the case. I brought my car in for a check engine light and was informed that it needed a software update...a $120 software update. This does not seem like something I should have to pay for. It should either be a warranty issue or the CPO warranty should cover it. My oil change is due to happen soon, and I am thinking about taking my Jetta elsewhere, do to my previous experience. The people as always were great, but this just felt like I got screwed out of $120 bucks. Sorry to be so negative, but you did ask, how my experience was. Rob Coker 678.571.8846

The service was excellent and the repairs, though extensive, were completed in a reasonable time. I appreciated being able to use a loaner car for that time. My only complaint was that the interior door and door frame were greasy/dirty. Contacted my CSR Chad and he said to bring it back in to be cleaned.
