I originally had an appointment on Saturday, as my check engine light had come on. When I went to start my car on Wednesday, the check engine light was flashing. The light stopped flashing and I drove my car to the dealership. The service department fit me in their schedule and diagnosed the problem quickly. Luckily, the repair was covered under an extended warranty. Aaron Harmer was very helpful in explaining everything and keeping me informed. I appreciate the great service and also the convenience of being able to work on my computer in the waiting area while waiting for the repair.

I scheduled the 30K service for my 2014 Passat TDI. All that was done was oil change and inspection. I had to send it back to have AdBlue topped up. Granted, I was only charged for the oil change, but that was not the service I scheduled.
