Excellent service and quick in-and-out.

I had an appointment for a free multi-point inspection, car wash, and vacuum. I was there for over 1 1/2 hours. They finally finished and told me that everything was "good". Yet I wasn't given anything to show me what they even looked at - I'm used to getting a Vehicle Safety and Condition Inspection Report from the Chevy dealership I normally go to. It details what they inspected and whether it was "OK, needs attention, or needs immediate attention". It shows the brake lining, tire tread, etc. I thought I would have gotten something similar. Also, after waiting that long, they hadn't even vacuumed so I had them take it back to do so. Everyone I encountered was very nice and the waiting area was top notch but I'm not sure I would use them for service.

Everything went perfect, car delivered when promised.

I have a Passat TDI. Love my car. Just had some recall issues to be addressed. They are always attentive. Love hanging out in the upstairs waiting room; it's very posh!

We came into Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw to test drive a beetle as we will be taking part in the VW buyback program for our TDI jetta sportswagon. I loved the Beetle and Larry was great, getting is the information we needed to make a good decision. We bought a 2016 classic Beetle and the experience at Jim Ellis was terrific. Again Larry was great, and Tina in financing was wonderful as well.
