We purchased a used Mazda CX-9. Overall experience was very positive. Our sales person, Larry Fitzgerald, was very professional and helpful. I was a little frustrated with the unusually long wait to have the vehicle cleaned after we finalized the deal but the cleaning was thorough. Only big disappointment was the fact that there was no spare ignition key available (apparently only one was turned in buy the previous owner) and Larry suggested we have a new one made at a Mazda dealership and offered to try & contact the previous owner to see if they still had the original spare. After checking to see what Mazda dealers were in the area I found that there is a sister dealership of yours (Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta). Would be helpful if you could help us get them to provide a key (or even arrange a deep discount for the spare).

Overall my experience at Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw was excellent and I must say probably my best experience to date. Up to this point my best experience purchasing a car was at Hendrick Mercedes-Benz Northlake in Charlotte NC about 3 years ago. I believe Jim Ellis's sales quality performs several levels above what one would expect for a non-luxury brand. We purchased a 2017 Golf R 6MT that you all just received within one week of us purchasing it I think. I do not mind traveling for a car as sometimes you just can't find what you are searching in your home market. Your saleswoman, Tracey Woodard, and sales manager, Frank Dickenson were great even over the phone. I flew down within about 12 hours of talking with them. I also appreciate how the sales manager was not too intrusive with the sales person once price, etc. was agreed upon. Also, your dealership allowed Tracey to pick me up from Atlanta-Hartsfield Int'l Airport which saved me a lot of time and money. One thing I did not like was that I have never paid full MSRP for any car. This particular car I did, thus far I don't regret it, but doubt I would ever do it again. Matt Rock, the finance manager also did a phenomenal job. He did not pressure me at all during the process. He even advocated for a better finance rate since I decided at 9 pm to purchase the car. As a result, I did not have time to transfer funds and potentially pay for the car cash or at least put down a down payment like I normally do. I do plan to purchase a Porsche Panamera in a couple years. I will definitely keep Jim Ellis in mind for that purchase!

Overall they have great service. However, this time I forgot the coupon that I received in the mail for an oil change. The last time I did not have a coupon the service department had one with them and honored the coupon. This time, they did not.

Very good explanation of the needed repair work. Gave a price choice and benefit explanation on tire purchase. Representative at the repair service desk was excellent! Work well-done and at a fair price.
