I purchased a 2016 Jetta 1.4T SE. Clark was very knowledgeable and helpful, he could easily tell me the differences between the types of cars and packages that I was looking at and put them in easily explainable terms. He has offered to help me with any technical issues I may run into setting up my phone synchronization with my new Jetta. While we were waiting on paperwork my husband asked for a Sprite, although the complimentary ones were all gone Clark got a full-sized bottle from the vending machine for him. While finishing financing paperwork Matt was also very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. It was a tedious business (as all such purchases are) and yet he managed to interject amusement into the situation.
