John from the service department was very easy to work with. He was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. My car was services in the time he told me to expect. While waiting for my car we browsed the lot with cars for sale. Sara approached us to offer assistance. She also was friendly and offered help without being pushy. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience at the kennesaw location.

The day I was interested in a vehicle, I had 3 different people talk to me then when I got the dealership, I had a completely different person to deal with. My salesman wasn't the greatest but he was nice. The manager was extremely nice. It was late when I came so there no service records available and no one knew if there was a second key. My salesman said he would check and let me know. I never got a call back and yesterday I got a package in the mail of the owners manual and no second key. I emailed finance yesterday to make sure everything went through ok because I had my own financing and I've yet to receive any kind of a response. Everything on the front end of buying the car was great and everyone was overly communicative but since my purchase, that hasn't been the case.

I had an engine problem surprise me, it needed a new battery. That got me in and out pretty quickly considering that I didn't have an appointment.

I wasn't a happy person for two or three days with the mechanic. Then I was told they had to get help with figuring our the electrical problem.Took more time than the usual time I've experienced with Jim Ellis Service in the past. 2008 Passat Purchased from Jim Ellis and all service has been with the dealership .
