1. First Impression, Jim Ellis facility was very Clean, Neat and Organized 2. During The Check-In, Staff was Courteous, and Quick , John Huber was ready to listen during the process 3. Dealership offeres, a Great Confort Area while waiting, Waiting Lounge, Beverage and Snack Area, VW Botique to Brouse. 4. Offered Alternative Transportation as needed. 5. I even visited the repair area which is unbelievably cean...All staff in this area was organized. 6. A knowledgable , capable, technician of 21 years repaired my Beetle.....I felt his experience was the answer to resolving the problem 7.
