John at kennesaw was great. He discussed the problem with me and made sure I was covered under warranty. He gave me a brand new golf to borrow while my Jetta was in the shop. I got the car back a few days later and it works perfectly now.

Check in was great and shuttle was quickly available. Shuttle delayed in afternoon apx 40 minutes from scheduled pick up time.

Jeff was great and I was so happy to find the car there as that is what I wanted 2 years before but it was sold before I got there that day. They worked really hard to get us in the Tiguan. I do wish I would have gotten more financial assistance.

I purchased a 2016 GTI SE from Alex Tsankov. He was great to work with and was very upfront and honest with the whole process. I am very detailed on things, especially major purchases like this and Alex and the entire staff I dealt with answered all my questions and understood it is a big purchase and that I need to be sure of everything before making the commitment.
