The experience is always pleasant when bringing my Golf in for service. The technicians are very professional and do a good job of fixing any issues I've had.

This is my second time going to this dealership because it's the closest one to my job. And of course I dealt with Chad again who is very rude and nasty. He also gave me false information about the issue with my vehicle. He told me that the issue was beyond the battery and that it would be $109 for diagnosis for the first hour and that additional charges would incur if they had to go past an hour. While I was explaining to him the issues that I've been experiencing with my vehicle, he cut me off and said "I can have them wash your car and bring it around now." I went to Kuhn VW of Marietta who completely diagnosed my vehicle and said it was only the battery that needed replacing. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

They were so incredibly helpful and very nice! Love the fact they were able to offer me a loaner vehicle and fix my car in a timely manner like they said. I will definitely come back in the future!

Alex was very helpful and made the process as smooth and simple as possible.

Very friendly and thoughtful. Was very comfortable and plenty of places to sit, read or watch tv.
