My wife and I were in Holly Springs, Ga visiting relatives when the A/C in our 2016 Jetta suddenly quit working! We Googled the nearest VW dealership and found Jim Ellis VW in Kennesaw. We went straight to the service department and met with service adviser Chad Gilbert. He took our information, went out and checked the A/C. Luckily for us it started working again. Not satisfied, Chad took our vehicle in and had the service tech check the A/C to make sure everything was working properly. Thankfully everything checked out ok. He said if we had any more issues don't hesitate to call us back. Chad was the total professional...super friendly and helpful. He got our Jetta in right away with minimal wait time. We were so glad we brought out vehicle to Jim Ellis VW and to their service department. Thanks to all those involved!

I had been having issues with the service providers I typically use - I'm not local to the Atlanta area - but brought my car to your shop from my dad's recommendation. I am so pleased with the final outcome after visiting Jim Ellis VW. Jimmy Brawner went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling comfortable in my car and satisfied that the problem was resolved. He certainly made the experience an excellent one!

2014 Tiguan maintenance service Arranging the service was easy over the online chat at the Jim Ellis web page. When I arrived, I was greeted and led to the service desk. We discussed the maintenance and the rattling issue. It was good to be able to work in the service lounge while my car was being serviced. When it was complete, they discussed the service, what was done to address the rattle, and said to bring it back if the rattle continued.

I had two dash indicators show up while driving, the engine check light and the EPC indicator. On the first visit the map sensor was replaced about a $545 cost. By the time I got home the EPC indicator was back on and the engine would rev over about 3000rpm's. Had to take it back and that was fixed by the end of the day. Everyone was very pleasant that I dealt with. And I was not charged for the second fix to the EPC sensor. That was very generous. But it should all have been done in the beginning and maybe I never needed a map sensor to begin with. Still this was not a bad experience overall and was handled promptly even though it took two trips to the dealer. The car was a 2008 Rabbit.
