Fred did an excellent job of helping me find a car with everything that I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and it took him no time to direct me towards the 2016 Passat R Line, which perfectly matched my criteria. Very pleased overall. Great job!

My visit was wonderful. I originally responded to an email I received about getting a carwash and multi point inspection. When I logged on through the online scheduler it reminded me of my 70k mile service. I was able to make my appointment online and it was very easy. The dealership even called the day before to remind me of my appointment. Upon arriving I was greeted and my service advisor (John) went through everything that was going to be done. I told him I was going to wait and he told me about the lounge with complimentary snack and beverages. I had waited there before for previous appointments and was happy to head that way. Once in that area I noticed something if never seen before. The sign near the elevator said upstairs was a quiet work area and customer lounge. I didn't have any work to do but headed up that way... BEST WAITING AREA EVER! In all my time coming to the dealer I could see the lounge from downstairs but thought it was the dealer had their meetings. The media lounge was awesome. It took me a minute to turn the TV on but I was able to kick back and relax. The chairs were comfy. The tv was huge. The atmosphere was relaxing! Thank you for the hidden customer lounge! I look forward to coming back and relaxing. John called about an hour after I dropped the car off and told me it was ready. We met downstairs and he took me to the parts area to pay. Overall great experience. Thank you to John for his timeliness and easy of processing me. And thanks to Jim Ellis VW for acting customer first. #vwforlife
