Came in on Saturday for the 10k service on my VW Beetle Coupe. First of all, I love that you have Saturday service hours. I work downtown and live in Kennesaw so getting my car serviced during the week is all but impossible. Having Saturday hours is WONDERFUL!! I was greeted promptly, taken care of immediately, and my car was ready as promised. I'm very pleased with the service department! Great job!

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Jetta from Jim Ellis VW. I made 3 visits. First visit was a test drive. Second visit was to purchase the car but I eventually left because the lone business manager was busy with other customers, and I didn't want to wait all night. I aggressively shopped other dealers and models after the 2nd visit. Eventually came back days later and bought the car.

Very good service experience. Changed the oil and they found a problem with a brake fluid leak. They offered me a loaner car while they waited for parts to arrive. 10/10

All people involved in the purchase were courteous and professional. As in all our dealings with dealership everyone was welcoming and helpful. The purchase procedure went smoothly. Unfortunately the wait to pay for the vehicle was long. (It was on Saturday a busy day). If we had realized it would be so long we could have gone to lunch. We love the new vehicle and hope it is as dependable as our Jetta TDI.

I have been doing business with JE VW since the 1970's and have bought 14 VW's over the years so I guess I am still fairly pleased. Everything was quite satisfactory. I like friendly outgoing people and everyone was quite friendly and helpful. I enjoyed going to the Book store rather than sitting in the waiting room...a really nice an pleasant day.
