The customer service was excellent. All employees were kind and friendly and professional. I am very likely to recommend this dealership to a friend.

Overall the service was good. I had a basic oil & filter change, tire rotation and 25-point inspection and a recall notice performed, It took almost 2 hours for this to be completed. I wonder if there couldn't be any operational improvements made to decrease the time.

I love my 2013 Jetta I got here at VW, Raul is the one who helps me and he trys really hard to find me the best deal and car. He goes above and beyond to give us what we are looking for. This would be my second car I bought from here and I would definitely buy another in the future if Raul is helping me with my deal.
