Dax and Craig were extremely helpful and probably made it the best experience my wife and I have ever had at a car dealership. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Matt Rock was very helpful and easy to work with as well. From start to finish, a great experience.

The service at Jim Ellis Volkwagen has always been positive; however I can't with good conscious say that I feel the same about my visit on 8/12. 2013 Passat SE - I asked for a basic oil change and the service that goes with it. The check marks were all green for my battery. On about 5pm Sat 8/13, I was running my weekend errands - returned to my parked car and my battery was totally dead. Had it jump started; and took it to get it replaced; since JE VW Service was not open. It is a battery with the "eye" - I watched as we wiped the dust from the "eye" (evidently JE VW Service had not done that??); and it was totally black. It should be green if the battery had any voltage in it.
